Shay Chervinsky
Shay Chervinsky brings over 20 years of management experience to as COO. His affinity for high-growth and tech-enabled companies began in NYC, where he served as VP of Tactica International (a consumer products company specializing infomercials). After a successful sale to Helen of Troy in 2000, he worked as Co-CEO of a manufacturing company for many years, and eventually went on to found Yadim, a consultancy specializing in nonprofits and startups. Shay joined in 2016 and has been instrumental in its continued success.

Moti Mizrahi
Over 19 years experience in leading technology architecture and service delivery teams focusing on New Technology Products, Automation, Orchestration, Security, Advisory and Services in the Software and Networking areas. While working for Cisco Systems Moti specialized in building and training large teams, partnering with clients to implement $200m+ programs, and collaborating with business development and line executives to define multi-year roadmaps and targets.
Chaya Abelsky
Chaya is highly respected for her diverse nonprofit experience, including senior leadership roles in Human Resources, OE Strategy, Sales and Operations and as an executive coach holding the highest credential awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She brings an unwavering commitment to clients, giving the best guidance and coaching possible. Chaya is an expert in practically translating strategy into cutting edge performance, and creating process improvement systems to quickly gain momentum and deliver new levels of results in the face of rapid change. She is known for her vibrant energy and passion for people. Chaya Bar Chaim
Chaya Bar-Chaim has been with since the company’s infancy, starting as an office manager and then transitioning into a campaign consultant. Chaya attended Baruch, where she double majored in psychology and business communications, and minored in journalism. Chaya appreciates the innovation that takes place at, and is always exploring how the campaign process can be improved upon. When not managing campaigns, Chaya runs Jewish Girls Travel and hosts potluck dinners.
Jessica Quarello
Jessica Quarello is's Client Success Manager. Jessica has a background in fashion and home branding, as well as marketing for mass-market retailers. She loves working with her clients and helping people help people. She is also mom to an adorable one-year old little girl named Charlee.
Jasmine
Jasmine Ezagui is our New York Office Manager and a former pastry chef. Jasmine grew up in Florida and Israel and has lived in New York since 2017. Her time traversing the hemispheres has colored her glasses with compassion and patience. Constantly looking to contribute in a meaningful way, she is finishing her BA in Social Sciences at Concordia College. Jasmine is reliable, responsible, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. She is a team player with a strong intellectual curiosity and a penchant for collecting superlatives.
Masha Shollar
Masha Shollar graduated from Yeshiva University where she majored in English Literature and minored in Judaic Studies. She is currently working on a Masters degree at The New School. Masha is excited to work as a campaign consultant at and appreciates that her job is to help organizations make positive differences in peoples’ lives. She lives in the East Village with two roommates, a thousand books and sometimes, a dog named Lily.
Chaya Ladaiov
First arriving on North American shores in the early 2000’s, Chaya Ladaiov is a French expatriate who wasted no time making her mark. Brandishing three degrees in just as many languages, Chaya represents a major push towards the mixing of polished creativity and formulaic research. A wealth of information, you can take Chaya’s advice and experience to the bank. She is a driven innovator and focused campaign manager for her clients. Chaya lives in New York with her other half and six children.

Chaya Simon was born and raised in upstate New York, making her a Native Sweater Wearer. Interested in visual arts from a young age, she fills her time in and out of the office with color palettes and drawing pencils. Her keen eye for design helps her see the bigger picture and craft graceful and poignant campaignsю
Chaya Gurwitz
Chaya Gurwitz is our design marvel. Upon graduation from secondary school, Chaya filled her time with a self-motivated design school curriculum that would make you see colors. Since 2018 she has channeled her fiery design passion into cool, collected and beautifully curated campaigns. Her work is defined by a careful use of negative space and clean logos. She spends her time out of the office with her husband and three bundles of joy.
Chavi
Coming from the HR and Recruiting sphere, Chavi Block is a dedicated people person with time on the feelings frontline. Often the first contact at, you’d be hard pressed to find someone more willing to help. Chavi keeps track of all of our moving parts and can make an espresso capable of powering the sleepiest NPO.
Aryeh Leib Hurwitz
A bombastic personality with an even more vibrant voice, Aryeh Leib has worked with as a Salesperson/ Campaign manager since the early days. Like a resounding vibrato, Aryeh Leib goes the extra mile for each campaign he touches. Dedicated to the point of being the Mascot, AL is committed to seeing a world of excellence around him. As such every action he takes shows a clear line to making the world a better place. With three children, a wife, and an almost viral video from the Utah Jazz, we’re lucky we get to see him at all.

Esther Fordham, is our design team technomancer. Enthralled with the technical aspects of design, she approaches each project like a puzzle and always has the right pieces. A veteran of philanthropic logistics and an All Star Mom, Esther can solve a design emergency faster than you can explain the problem.
Dovid Aba Goldstien
One day there was a knock on the security threshold in New York. A brave Moshe Hecht opened the door to find a series of elegant and highly efficient 1’s and 0’s. Quickly inputting the string into Google Translate, Moshe was startled to see the code was in fact a talented programmer who had taken the Tron motiff too far. Dovid Abba is an uncomplicated, pleasure in a sea of technical leviathans. Years of burying his nose in indexes, diagrams, and codices has left Dovid Aba with true computer literacy and a solid foot on the security pedal.
Max Puzin
Max heads up the Technology Department. With years of experience and unwavering confidence, Max builds our platforms and leads our team through the vanguard of innovation. When he is not glued to a screen he is exercising enough for the rest of our staff. If the first rule of CrossFit is to talk about it, no one told Max.
Yehouda Abecasis
Yehouda Abecassis is a junior developer at who assists clients with any technical requirements for their campaign. Brilliant is not his legal middle name, but we are pushing for him to make the change. He assists with the development of new features and making the platform one of the most technically advanced and agile products on the market. Yehouda’s vast technical experience, versatile coding vocabulary, and methodical execution helps him make clients dream campaigns into reality success stories.
Mendel Jacobson
A potent well of information, Mendel Jacobson shows an incredible ability to transition between languages, communities, and cultures when crafting thought provoking and emotionally accurate campaign narratives. His choice to remain anonymous, means that he could be any one of at least 15 Mendel Jacobsons in Brooklyn. This mysteriousness, combined with his seemingly endless flow of ideas, begs the question: is Mendel an individual or is he the representation of the Mendel Jacobson Collective Consciousness? We may never know, but his work speaks for itself. He resides or doesnt, in Brooklyn with maybe a wife and children. Or cats.

Ben Klipper
Joining our team from South Florida, Ben Klipper is our Junior Writer and versatile member of the Creative Team. He likes to think he’s responsible for the lines that stick in your head and the donation you sent to an orphanage in Nepal.
Ben is interested in syllables, sound, the performing arts, architecture/design, and is not sure where his Bachelor’s Degree is hiding. Consuming information like a sponge, we often find our writer ticking off cadence like the stick count of a song. He believes words can transport the reader to a place of understanding and imbues this into all his work. At home he’s joined by (in height order) his way cool wife, their wicked smart baby girl, and a dog named Chewbacca.
Yaacov Sultan
Before joining as a campaign manager, Yaacov previously worked in non-profit and politics in the US and Israel. Born in San Francisco, California he moved to Montreal, Quebec when he was 3, moved to Toronto, Ontario when I was 13, spent a year in the Old City of Jerusalem studying in Yeshiva when I was 18, moved to Miami, FL at 19 and later began my studies in Yeshiva University, earning a BA in Political Science in 2016 while completing my Rabbinical Studies under Mashadi Chief Rabbi Eliyahu Ben Haim, Sephardic Av Bet Din of Queens and Rosh Yeshiva at RIETS. While I am not in, I continue my rabbinical studies and enjoy long walks on the beach…😉.
